We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager to join our DEX Unit team at OKX. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning one or more business lines within the DEX ecosystem, defining strategy and driving execution on growth, and collaborating closely with internal teams to align resources and drive cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of growth, BD or operations experience in Crypto/Web3
- Deep understanding of the decentralized trading ecosystem
- Strong industry network and proven ability to build partnerships
- Results-driven with strong ownership and excellent communication and negotiation skills
