This role focuses on translating data into actionable insights, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving growth. The position involves establishing reporting strategy, overseeing data accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or healthcare reporting
- 8+ years of experience leading at the Director/Senior Director level
- Deep understanding of healthcare contracts, billing models, and B2B2C dynamics
- Proven track record of designing, scaling, and leading reporting functions
- Expertise in BI and visualization platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional people leadership with experience building multi-level teams
- Strategic, customer-focused mindset with outstanding communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
