We are looking for a highly driven Digital Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of Omtera’s digital presence and lead generation across all online channels. This role is performance-driven: your success will be measured by the number and quality of qualified B2B leads you generate.
Tasks:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting platforms, etc.)
- Develop high-quality, conversion-focused written content such as landing pages, LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, and case studies
- Drive and manage SEO strategy, including keyword research, technical audits, and content planning
- Manage Omtera’s website performance and conversion rate optimization efforts
- Build and track performance dashboards to report on digital marketing KPIs — especially lead generation
- Collaborate closely with the partnerships and sales teams to align campaigns with go-to-market strategy
- Take full ownership of digital lead funnel, from awareness to conversion
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing for B2B companies, ideally within SaaS or tech consulting
- Strong expertise in performance marketing: hands-on with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools
- Demonstrable SEO knowledge and experience managing organic growth strategies
- Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills in English
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn numbers into actions
- Results-first attitude: previous roles must include measurable lead generation achievements
- Comfortable working independently and owning results from end to end
