We are looking for a Sr. Lead – Human Growth, Americas to join our Talent team. The successful candidate will have a passion for growth and development and will have successfully scaled and delivered impactful learning experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in learning program development and facilitation
• Experience in scaling learning experiences within different regions and applying a cultural lens
• Deep understanding of the latest approaches, trends, and technologies in learning and development
• Experience using AI in learning and development
• Strong project- and stakeholder management skills, results-driven, and self-motivated
• Fluency in English
• Flexibility for occasional travel
