Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in learning program development and facilitation
- Experience in scaling learning experiences within different regions
- Solid understanding of applying a cultural lens to your work
- Deep understanding of the latest approaches, trends and technologies when it comes to learning and development
- Experience of using AI in your work
- Fluent in English
- Ability to switch easily between being a strategic thinker, and hands-on execution
