Growth Manager

Role

As one of our growth manager hires, you’ll directly impact Onaroll’s mission to celebrate shift workers.

This person will be responsible for driving revenue through the acquisition of new customers, and expansion of existing customers. Often, they will be the first point of contact for our prospects as they establish and manage relationships with key decision makers of qualified businesses. They will have the opportunity to manage their own pipeline and own the full sales cycle from prospect to close. Success in this role means hitting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Identifying prospective customers and conducting research to formulate effective messaging to schedule qualified demos
• Building and managing a pipeline of prospective customers
• Executing on sales engagements and follow-ups that drive top line growth and expansion
• Collaborating cross-functionally with our customer success team to ensure our customers are set up for success
• Positively impacting the rest of our team

You

• 2-3 years of sales experience
• Your creativity pushes your solution-oriented thinking
• You are coachable and adaptable
• You are passionate about restaurants and tech
• You are resilient and can handle any challenges that come with rapid growth
• Your positivity is infectious
• You are a former (or current) shift worker familiar with the joys and challenges of the work
