Requirements

  • Trains and coaches a team of sales agents
  • Organizes and oversees the schedules and performance of sales agents
  • Conducts performance evaluations
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees
  • Provides leadership to the sales team
  • Motivates and encourages the sales team
  • Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports
  • Resolves customer complaints and staffing problems
