Built by a merry team of 22 based all over the UK, OneUp is a sales performance management platform built to make managing & motivating salespeople simple.

After doubling revenue in 2022, we’re going for the same again in 2023 and are looking for a phenomenal sales leader to take the helm of our sales team.

The Role 📣

We’re hiring a VP of Sales to join our senior leadership team and manage/grow a team of 4 AEs and 5 SDRs (one is currently an SDR Team Lead and is becoming an SDR Manager soon). We’re working with a fantastic Fractional CRO but need someone full-time to lead our charge forward with our ambitious plans for 2023 and beyond.

You’ll be responsible for hiring the right salespeople, equipping them with the right skills, and keeping them accountable. You will join the senior leadership team and will communicate with the board of directors in board meetings to plan and share progress.

Your Responsibilities

  • Recruit and hire world-class salespeople
  • Coach, mentor, and manage your team(s) to success
  • Create and own your team’s forecast
  • Identify new sales opportunities and build client relationships
  • Ensure proper use of sales tools to effectively manage and predict performance
  • Monitor the market and competitor products/activities
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Provide feedback on what your teams are seeing in the market to the Product team

What You Need to Have

For the role itself, we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years experience hiring, coaching, and leading a successful B2B SaaS sales function
  • Managed a new business sales team selling a SaaS product with an ACV < £25k
  • Taken a business from £1-3m ARR to £10m+
  • Consistent track record of achieving results
  • Highly motivational energy & charisma
  • Ability to own your number and report to the board
  • Desire to overachieve and a hunger to grow with the team
