Role Summary
Operational lead for wholesale order flow. Owns the lifecycle from buyer PO → BlueCherry allocation → confirmed OA. Primary buyer-facing contact for order confirmations, edits, and status.
Core Responsibilities
- QC buyer POs (units, dollars, pricing, styles, colors)
- Submit and log orders (OBM) with standardized formatting
- Allocate and stock-check in BlueCherry
- Flag shortages and manage OA release
- Serve as main ops contact for buyers
- Maintain customer rules and system accuracy
- Escalate issues within defined timelines
- Back up Order Entry when needed
Must-Have
- 1–3 years wholesale order management
- Strong buyer-facing written communication
- Advanced Excel (formulas, data validation)
- High attention to detail and process discipline
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- ERP familiarity (BlueCherry or similar)
Nice-to-Have
- Apparel industry experience
- NuORDER familiarity
- Multi-brand environment exposure
- Experience supporting founder/exec
