Solutions Engineer – Fraud & Risk

We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer – Fraud & Risk to join our team at OnPoint, a community-owned credit union in Oregon. As the technical expert, you’ll oversee seamless integration across platforms and facilitate prioritization and execution of improvements across fraud and risk systems.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Risk and Fraud systems
• Collaborate with Fraud and Risk teams as the technical resource
• Consults with business unit leadership to identify and provide recommendations
• Analyzes the functionality of these systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Reviews release note documentation to determine potential impact
• Lead definition of requirements, testing, and implementation of system enhancements
• Develop architecture scripts, custom integrations, and system automations
• Lead enterprise-level improvements, data integrations, reporting/analytics enhancements, and automation
• Develops and maintains documentation describing product build and configuration, procedures, testing, changes, and corrections
