A brief overview :

As a Head of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment of the GTM teams and wider business teams (Finance, Partner Ops and Product) across the full customer lifecycle to drive through operational efficiency and keep all teams accountable to revenue targets.

What you will do :

  • Be a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success leadership to formulate and develop go-to-market strategies, independently managing initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Ability to conduct sophisticated, detailed and creative analysis and clearly communicate results through written and verbal channels.
  • Organise and pull insights from GTM teams’ data to identify trends and recommend improvements across commercial processes.
  • Identify opportunities to drive revenue including making recommendations and suggestions on GTM ‘land and expand’ strategy as well as tactics to streamline the customer lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and lead efforts to scale, align and invest in the business.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success on annual planning activities and lead territory carving and alignment process.
  • Oversee and optimise systems and tooling to improve data quality, analysis and reporting.
  • Define and deliver operational Salesforce strategic roadmap. Budgeting and resourcing allocation.
  • Continuously develop Salesforce as the key CRM system – from gathering requirements, to implementing and documenting solutions – to meet business needs and ensure compliance.
  • Lead a variety of projects that drive revenue, retention and revenue predictability.

You will need:

  • Ideally, you have proven experience working as a Management Consultant within commercially related projects. Venture Capital/ Private Equity, and/or Investment Banking background are also welcomed.
  • Technical proficiency in data – ability to pull, organise, process and analyse for identifying patterns, trends and driving decision making across all revenue functions.
  • Software proficiency in CRM – experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Proven ability to not only inform and formulate proposals, but also to lead the design and implement solutions that drive towards cross functional efficiency.
  • End to end project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail to drive program management execution.
  • SaaS and B2B experience preferred.
