This is a contract-to-hire position for a Marketing Operations and Production Manager focusing on the delivery of seamless podcasts, video, and social media assets. The role involves managing production schedules, maintaining projects, ensuring quality, and optimizing workflows. This is a flexible position where the role is contract-based and can be full-time after completing a contract period.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in operations, project management, or production coordination
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects
  • Expertise with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, etc.)
  • A track record of implementing systems that scale
  • Experience managing vendors, contractors, or creative teams
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage up, down, and across teams
