We’re looking for a Content Growth Lead to own the entire content funnel and drive measurable business results. You’ll create, publish, measure, and improve content across various platforms and use data to inform decisions.
Requirements
- Plan and own the content funnel from traffic acquisition through conversion to sustained results.
- Create, publish, measure, and improve content across landing pages, product pages, articles, tutorials, comparison pages, and email campaigns.
- Source content directly from product, development, support, and customer-facing teams.
- Use SEO, GEO, analytics, AI-search visibility, customer research, and business metrics to guide decisions.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, run experiments, and continuously improve content outcomes.
- Build repeatable systems for content production, optimization, measurement, and iteration.
- Take ownership of business results generated by content, not only content output.
- Design workflows, run agents, validate outputs, and ship results independently.
- Work across the technical content stack, including HTML semantics, structured data, GEO, AI-search visibility, and diagnosing why LLMs fail to read, interpret, or cite content correctly.
