Role Overview
Identify and generate new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers. Conduct cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and client meetings to acquire new clients.
What You Will Do
Present the company’s recruitment solutions and service offerings to prospective clients. Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable recruitment solutions. Negotiate commercial terms and close recruitment contracts.
