Regional Sales Manager-California

OnTrac is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for a remote position in Southern California. The role is responsible for generating new sales leads and revenue by establishing strategic business relationships with key decision-makers in medium to large retail and e-commerce organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, including contract negotiation
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
