GTM Product Enablement Lead

The GTM Product Enablement Lead is responsible for translating complex technical products into clear GTM narratives, use cases, and playbooks, and building scalable systems to enable teams to keep pace with rapid product development. The role requires experience building with AI, rolling out AI-driven learning experiences, and building and scaling enablement programs. The GTM team works closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure product velocity translates into GTM readiness.

Requirements

  • Experience building with AI and rolling out AI-driven learning experiences
  • Experience building and scaling enablement programs, systems, or workflows in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong product intuition and the ability to quickly understand technical products and translate them into business value
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, or Marketing teams
  • Deep operational rigor, with experience defining KPIs and measuring impact
  • A systems mindset—you think in scalable solutions, not one-off deliverables
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-moving environments
  • High ownership and the ability to move between strategy and execution seamlessly
