We’re looking for an exceptional operator to lead GTM business strategy & operations for Security & Safety across the GTM organization. This role will work closely with Product, Security, Policy, Safety, Legal, Data, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure our GTM motion is prepared to support enterprise security requirements, appsec expectations, and evolving customer trust needs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience across GTM strategy, business operations, product strategy, security strategy, consulting, or related functions in high-growth technology environments.
- Strong fluency in enterprise security and application security, with working knowledge of topics such as data retention, IAM, audit logging, secure development practices, and vulnerability management.
- Experience translating field requirements and customer feedback into product roadmap input, operational priorities, and scalable GTM programs.
- Comfortable working with technical products and engaging effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Highly analytical and able to turn qualitative feedback and recurring field patterns into clear priorities and action.
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives across Product, Security, Legal, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.
- Ability to move between long-term strategic direction and hands-on execution, and bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Exceptional communicator and collaborator who can influence senior stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
