Startup Field Marketer

We are looking for a Startup Field Marketer to own and scale OpenAI’s global field marketing strategy for startups. This is a highly cross-functional role focused on flagship experiences and ecosystem presence, requiring strong strategic thinking, operational rigor, and the ability to deliver exceptional experiences for highly technical audiences.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in field marketing, product marketing, or integrated marketing in B2B space, preferably working with startups and developers
• Proven experience operating as a senior individual contributor, owning large-scale programs end-to-end with minimal oversight
• Data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience measuring ROI, pipeline impact, and program performance
• Highly operational with the ability to manage complex programs and multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Passion for AI and strong interest in the startup ecosystem – experience using Codex is a strong plus
