Requirements

  • Be the face and voice of Opendoor
  • Guide customers through the home-buying and home-selling process
  • Respond to incoming calls and resolve customer issues
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal partners
  • Navigate internal and external knowledge resources
  • Develop real estate and Opendoor knowledge
  • Cultivate a positive environment
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners
  • Meet team performance goals
  • Remain flexible to work schedules
