We are a rapidly growing RevOps Automation company looking for Content Marketing/Copywriter.  As a key part of the marketing team, you will use your content marketing expertise to deliver a consistent brand experience, compelling storyline, and tactical/educational content to our audiences. This includes helping collaborate across the marketing team to define the content plan while crafting content and copy that drive engagement and conversion.

This position is based in San Mateo, CA, or can be remote.

Responsibilities

  • Craft short-form copy to support the communication needs described above including, but not limited to, emails, online display advertising, direct mail, headlines, landing pages, and videos
  • Contribute to content marketing strategy with new ideas for promotions, themes, and messaging designed to appeal to targeted technical and business audiences
  • Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets of lead generation and conversion
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Leaders to access content needs, create copy, and then test and monitor the results of these materials over time
  • Occasionally write long-form content like white papers, ebooks, and blog posts
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to develop storylines and hooks
  • Work closely with Demand Generation on account-based marketing programs
  • Help design editorial calendar and support delegated tasks
  • Edit, proofread, and improve the content
  • Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics

 Qualifications

  • BSc degree in Marketing, Journalism, or relevant field
  • 4+ years of experience in content development within a B2B, SaaS, and technology solution setting is strongly preferred
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English
  • Ability to predict audience preferences with an editorial mindset
  • Experience researching and using industry data to create an actionable short-form copy
  • CRM and Revenue/Marketing/Sales Operations knowledge a plus
  • Demonstrated abilities in project management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of call-to-action marketing metrics, with SEO metrics, experience a plus

Base salary will be determined based on the individual’s experience and geographical location.

Base Salary Range – $125,000 – $150,000
