We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can shape, lead and deliver high-impact business-winning strategies that take OpenWorks’ world-class technology into exciting growth markets. This is a unique opportunity to own the full business development lifecycle — from blank-sheet strategy creation to winning bids, securing major contracts, and influencing how cutting-edge counter-UAS technology is adopted by defence and security customers.
Requirements
- Significant experience in the defence and security sector, with strong understanding of multi-domain defence applications
- Proven track record of developing successful, profitable business campaigns and sales
- Creativity and drive to seek, identify and evaluate new opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex technical capabilities to non-technical audiences
- Willingness to travel and represent OpenWorks to customers and suppliers, including supporting system integration activities
- Full driving licence
- Ability to obtain (or already hold) security clearance
