Role Overview
As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll help drive results across the systems and processes that keep revenue moving. You’ll work alongside a RevOps team and close partners in Sales, Systems, and Finance to optimize sales and customer handoff workflows, manage quotes, contracts, and subscriptions, and oversee the end-to-end quote to cash process.
What You Will Do
You’ll analyze and improve sales and customer handoff workflows, generate accurate quotes and contracts, manage customer subscriptions, and oversee the quote to cash process. You’ll also partner with Sales leadership to develop and maintain enablement resources and support onboarding and ongoing education.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You’ll be a good fit if you have 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical or operational role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. You’ll need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, and experience with CRM platforms, such as HubSpot.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or a similar analytical or operational role
- Hands-on experience administering and optimizing CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot
- Strong understanding of key SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, expansion, win rate, and pipeline health
- Experience managing quotes, contracts, order processing, or revenue operations with a solid understanding of the quote to cash lifecycle
- Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy, process consistency, and operational excellence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and recommend scalable solutions
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and leadership teams
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, take ownership of initiatives, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
