Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Go-to-Market Manager to lead the planning and rollout of smartphone launches. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry, competitive positioning, and sustained product growth across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Develop and execute GTM plans for smartphones in alignment with business goals
  • Define target segments, pricing strategy, value proposition, and launch timelines

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and retail teams to ensure organized launch execution
  • Act as the central point of contact across functions for each product launch

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Track market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform GTM strategy
  • Support pricing and positioning decisions with data-backed recommendations

Product Readiness

  • Coordinate pre-launch readiness including inventory, POS materials, training, and channel enablement
  • Align with product and supply teams on availability and timelines

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute launch campaigns (ATL/BTL/Digital) in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Drive awareness, consideration, and sales through multi-channel outreach

Sales Enablement

  • Develop sales tools, decks, product training, and FAQs for internal teams and channel partners
  • Monitor sell-through and adjust tactics post-launch

Post-launch Performance Tracking

  • Track KPIs including sell-in, sell-through, share, awareness, and customer feedback
  • Provide insights for continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5–8 years of experience in product marketing, category management, or GTM roles—preferably in smartphones, consumer electronics, or IoT

Other Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the tech ecosystem and consumer trends in mobility and connected devices
  • Proven ability to manage multiple launches and cross-functional coordination
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in managing Ecommerce platform & channel marketing
  • Familiarity with local market dynamics and telecom ecosystem
