Head of Revenue Operations

OPSWAT is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to drive growth and operational excellence. This role focuses on building a world-class GTM strategy, processes, and tools to accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with operational execution expertise, capable of balancing strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of Revenue Operations / Sales Operations leadership in high-growth software/SaaS
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics, GTM motions, and value drivers
  • Experience leading CRM transitions and managing GTM tech stacks
  • Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills
  • Collaborative, pragmatic, and execution-focused style
