Director of Medical Community Partnerships

The Director of Medical Community Partnerships is responsible for driving new patient acquisition through strategic referral relationships with referring providers. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships, identifying referral opportunities, and planning provider engagement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Prior healthcare experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and follow-through
• Highly responsive and professional in email and external communications
• Experience using CRM platforms preferred
