The Senior People Operations Partner is a critical leadership role responsible for stabilizing and strengthening core people operations during a period of rapid growth and organizational change.
Requirements
- Manage and oversee core people operations workflows
- Partner with HR leadership to prioritize and sequence work
- Identify operational gaps and lead efforts to stabilize and improve processes
- Manage employee relations processes
- Develop and document HR processes, templates, and SOPs
- Partner with cross-functional teams
- Provide day-to-day mentorship and support to the HR Generalist
- Lead or support special HR initiatives
