Berkshire Hathaway Energy Gas Transmission and Storage is seeking an Associate Market Development Representative, Market Development Representative, Sr Market Development Representative, Account Director or Account Executive to develop and maintain awareness of competitor activities and customer needs.
Requirements
- Develops and maintains awareness of competitor activities and customer needs.
- Maintains a database of contract extensions and expirations.
- Coordinates with internal business units to manage customer requests.
- Collects regulatory and market data, analyzes trends, and identifies impact within market area.
- Supports market and service projects, conducting presentations and customizing service portfolios.
- Administers capacity posting awards and contracting processes, including evaluation of bids pursuant to applicable regulations and tariff provisions.
- Maintains customer relationships.
- Develops, promotes, and directs marketing programs and service activities among existing and potential customers.
- Responsible for generating revenue through sales of existing and new natural gas transportation and storage services.
- Designs service proposals, negotiates service agreements, and drafts agreements and contracts.
- May identify new capital investment projects and other profitable business opportunities.
- Approves or denies customer requests for discounted rates.
