Cloud Sales Director

Cloud Sales Director responsible for regional sales, third party alliances, and customer satisfaction, developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for Oracle’s product sales. Manages and develops a team of sales representatives, including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process.

Requirements

  • Strong technical foundation with solid understanding of data, database, and AI-related technologies
  • Ability to translate technology into industry business value
  • Project-oriented and install-base–driven sales mindset
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • 5 or more years sales or sales management experience within technology industry
  • Ability to hire and train new sales representatives
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities
