The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in shaping Oregon Ice Cream’s financial strategy and operational performance, reporting directly to the VP of Finance and working cross-functionally with leaders across operations, supply chain, sales, and marketing to drive insights, optimize resources, and support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A roles, preferably in CPG, manufacturing, or food & beverage.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, cost structures, and variance analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
