Role Overview

The Sr. Specialist, AP Cluster FP&A will be responsible for providing support on day-to-day FP&A matters, including actual closing process, variance analysis, and financial reporting. The role will work closely with the Cluster FP&A Lead, Finance lead in the markets, SCM, and other relevant functions to provide support needed for each market within the cluster.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include actual closing process, variance analysis on sales and expenses, flash sales reporting, monthly risk and opportunities management, forecast, budget, tally, and LROP. The role will also provide all aspects of management accounting in supporting the decision-making process and support the market and Finance lead in the market in providing FP&A support.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have +6 years of experience in finance, +4 years of experience in financial planning, and excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage, and good knowledge of SAP, BPC, LPT, and Office applications is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor (or above) degree in Accounting/Finance
  • + 6 years experience in Finance area
  • + 4 years experience in financial planning
  • Excellent in Excel and Powerpoint, or Power BI
  • Good command of English
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of SAP, BPC, LPT and Office applications
  • CPA/CMA is a plus
  • Strong compliance mind-set and experience
  • Ability to clearly communicate both orally and written
  • Business acumen (e.g. knowledgeable in policies, practices, trends, technology, and information affecting the business)
  • Strong business understanding and strategic thinking / seeing the bigger picture
  • Proactive and self-driven
  • Capacity to solve complex situations
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and collaborate with business partners
  • Strong interpersonal skills: easy to get along with, optimist and passionate
  • Strong people management skills
