Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within construction, utilities or technical products
- Strong commercial acumen with experience developing proposals and business cases
- Ability to build and manage relationships across a range of stakeholders
- Confident in negotiating and influencing outcomes
- Self-driven and comfortable working autonomously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Practical, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity
