Drive growth for Centralised Energy Services (CES) across high-density residential and commercial markets as a Solutions Sales Manager. Manage the full sales lifecycle, identify new opportunities, build strong industry relationships, and ensure solutions are commercially sound and meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within construction, utilities or technical products
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience developing proposals and business cases
  • Ability to build and manage relationships across a range of stakeholders
  • Confident in negotiating and influencing outcomes
  • Self-driven and comfortable working autonomously
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Practical, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity
