Osano is hiring an entrepreneurial Head of Partnerships to join our growing team! The ideal candidate is a builder with a knack for relationship development and experience establishing and executing channel and technical partnerships strategies.

Reporting directly to Osano’s Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll work cross-functionally to build onto an existing partnerships framework while making it your own as you formalize programs and explore new channels. As a core pillar of our go-to-market strategy, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Compliance to develop relationships that grow our customer base + community.

The Role

  • Establish and implement a partner enablement strategy from Osano’s current partnership landscape.
  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities across Osano’s strategy + priorities.
  • Act as an Osano ambassador + strategic business leader to partners, fostering and nurturing relationships across a diverse range of organizations. You’ll also negotiate partnership structures, deal terms, processes, and contracts.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals to attract + enable partners.
  • Establish the effectiveness of diverse channels, rationalize investment approaches, and formulate strategies for the future growth of the partnerships organization.
  • Work with cross-functional leaders and individual contributors to prioritize partner needs and requests within Marketing, Product, and Sales.
  • Create and execute partner enablement, communications, and engagement programs.
  • Manage a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities, defining and reporting on key metrics, and contributing to the overal sales pipeline + won revenue.
  • Nurture our supportive culture by building relationships across Osano and working closely with others to ensure clients’ success/satisfaction.
  • Elevate our brand by representing Osano at industry events and amongst thought leaders. Travel may be required and is expected to be <15% of this role.
  • Build solutions for our partners and customers by becoming an expert in our product, privacy operations, and the regulatory environment.
  • Meet + exceed individual targets while also building the overall Partnerships function.

About You

  • You bring 4+ years of partner and strategy development experience across channel and technical partners.
  • You have some experience + exposure in governance, risk, compliance, legal-tech, cybersecurity, or similar industries.
  • You’re a storyteller who identifies and illustrates opportunities in a way that’s memorable +  creates a delightful partner experience.
  • You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and serve as an individual contributor while you rationalize additional investments to build a partnerships team.
  • You have experience providing technical demos to prospects and know when to bring in a Sales or Solutions Engineer for when more technical resources are needed.
  • You have working knowledge of HubSpot (or comparable CRM), Outlook, LinkedIn, and other sales tools, as well as a willingness to learn new tools.
  • You are highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and thrive as a partner to other internal teams. You’re also adaptable and understand that deadlines and priorities may shift as we scale.
  • You take pride in your communication and see it as a representation of your brand; you understand that clear, concise communication builds rapport and trust.
  • You are highly resourceful and able to overcome obstacles with positivity, creativity, and grit. You see failure as an opportunity to learn + grow.
  • You are innately curious + adaptable – you don’t just leverage resources available, you also learn from them.

Depending on your skill, experience, and quota capacity, you can expect your annual on-target earnings to be somewhere between $235,000 – $250,000 upon joining the company. In addition, you’ll also receive stock options.
