People Operations Manager

The People Operations Manager will support day-to-day activities, foster a positive employee experience, and execute company-wide engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include HR and workplace support, onboarding and offboarding, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Comfort working with HR systems, reporting tools, and shared documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work within the office at least 2 days per week
  • Residency in the United States
