We are recruiting a Account Manager to cover the Greater Cleveland territory and reporting to the General Manager. The main goal of the role is to maintain a portfolio of customers through providing excellent customer service and account management with additional responsibility for selling incremental repair projects.
Requirements
- Business or technical degree or completed training as a technician or technical business administrator
- Initial experience in the sale of technical service agreements requiring consultation
- Strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of commitment and reliability
- Target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization
