As an Analytics Manager, you will lead a team of senior analysts to drive data-driven change, partner with senior leaders to drive better decisions, and promote best-in-practice data quality. You will be responsible for creating compelling MI that tells the story of our business performance, leading prioritisation calls with senior operations leaders, and fostering a high-performing culture where every member understands how their work impacts strategic goals.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Broad experience of team working and cross-functional engagement
- Technical mastery of SQL, data visualisation, and insight presentation
- Leadership skills to motivate and develop a team of senior and mid-level analysts
- Ability to partner with senior leaders to drive better decisions
