Requirements
- Extract and review open purchase order status and provide insights to optimize procurement processes
- Analyze detailed lists of constrained and allocated SKUs, both current and forecasted, to identify potential supply chain issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement action plans to resolve SKU supply chain issues within agreed timelines
- Conduct regular reviews of delivery performance, utilizing comprehensive reports, to identify trends and areas for improvement at both aggregate and distribution center level
- Generate and share planned purchase report for key suppliers to support with collaborative planning
- Prioritize opportunities for inbound supply chain efficiency improvements, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize operational effectiveness.
