We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to provide efficient, professional, and customer-focused administrative support to the Sales Director and the team.
Requirements
- Matric with certificate in Office Management or equivalent
- 3 – 5 years’ secretarial function on an executive level
- Experience of diary management/researching and booking of travel and accommodation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint at intermediate level
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Planning and organising skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work to deadlines
- Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
