We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our growth team at Oxolo, an AI start-up from Hamburg. As an SDR, you will identify suitable companies, speak to decision-makers, and qualify leads for our AI software solution.
Requirements
- Research and identification of suitable target customers in the German market, especially architecture offices, trades, construction companies and other relevant companies in the construction industry.
- Active approach to decision-makers over the phone.
- Qualification of leads based on clear criteria and handover of high-quality opportunities to the team.
- Building and maintenance of a clean pipeline in HubSpot, including complete documentation of all activities.
- Development, testing and optimization of outreach sequences, target group lists and messaging approaches for the construction and trade sector.
- Close collaboration with marketing and account executives to continuously improve campaigns, positioning and sales playbooks.
- Reflection of market feedback on product, sales and management to align our AI solution even better with the needs of architecture, trade and construction industry.
