We help them become digital leaders through data-driven CRM and AI transformation on HubSpot.
Why this role exists
Clients don’t buy HubSpot for its own sake. They buy growth, lower operational costs, and a single source of truth that AI can use. You’ll be the adult in the room who turns legacy data into a clean ERD and a working operating model on HubSpot CRM, persuading decision-makers and operational staff to run with our success roadmap.
What you’ll deliver in your first 90 days (scorecard)
- Audit a legacy CRM, draft the ERD, and rebuild the model from scratch on HubSpot (incl. custom objects, associations, data hygiene and governance).
- Run two executive workshops that align Sales/Marketing/Service around the new processes.
- Assist the project team in achieving a successful HK$100k in upsell (AI enrichment, RevOps dashboards, automations).
- Successfully pass RevOps, Marketing Hub Implementation, Sales Hub Implementation, Data Integrations, Platform Consulting, and HubSpot Trainer certifications (without GPT’ing the exams).
- Independently run 12 hours of HubSpot training/consulting sessions with clients, achieving an average 70 NPS.
- Pass three internal HubSpot solutions delivery assessments, achieving an average 50 NPS.
- Pass two HubSpot capability assessments, achieving an average 50 NPS.
Day-to-day
- Average 15–20 billable hrs/week across builds, consulting, training, and troubleshooting after the first month.
- Average 5-10 hrs/week across upsells and sales support after the first month.
- Coach stakeholders, document SOPs, and hand off smoothly.
- Draft SoWs that survive procurement and excite stakeholders.
- Create compelling and tangible visions for projects (that don’t exist yet) that you’ve deduced from client objectives.
- Collaborate with our Operations Director and leadership team on optimising our own CRM instance.
- Maintain strict CRM data governance by enforcing field rules, validation, and pipeline stages to ensure accurate and consistent data.
- Mentor junior HubSpot Implementation Consultants.
Must-haves
- Strong HubSpot CRM experience (you’ve shipped real builds, not just sent emails or updated contact records on HubSpot starter accounts).
- You can sketch an ERD from a messy export and defend the trade-offs.
- Confident workshop facilitation; clear written and spoken English (Arabic a plus).
- Backgrounds that work: in-house HubSpot SA or solutions-partner/agency.
- Critical thinker. You can recognise and evaluate LLM output before submitting confidently incorrect em-dash GPT nonsense to clients.
- Proven experience in GPT, Claude, Gemini, or other models for research, analysis, coding or other activities beyond drafting emoji-laden LinkedIn posts.

Agency reality (important)
Work and the type of work fluctuate. You might spend a week deep in the nuts and bolts of a data migration, and the next doing pre-sales and change management workshops. Spikes and troughs are regular.

15-min screen → 30-min written scope → 2-hour live HubSpot build → 30-min role-play & 30-min values fit → 3x reference calls (we will ask supporting questions to your referees beyond whether you worked there).
