The Principal Program Manager – Enterprise Protection, Data & Analytics Business Operations will lead the development and execution of strategic plans, manage financial planning and actuals, and ensure alignment across various teams. The role requires excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills, with a demonstrated track record in LEAN and project management.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- 10 years of relevant experience in Information Technology, project management or related business areas
- Extensive and demonstrated knowledge of Change Management and Process Improvements
- Working knowledge of implementing LEAN and process improvements
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, technical, written, verbal communication and facilitation skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to executives
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite of applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project.
