Sales Manager – Personal Care

Pact is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Personal Care to onboard new business with new customers and manage and grow key customer accounts in the Personal Care segment based at our Hornsby site.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG account management, preferably in Personal Care or related sectors.
• Personal Care Industry knowledge is a must
• Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and deliver commercial outcomes.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, commercial finance, and supply chain dynamics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
