We are looking for a Partner Marketing & Community Lead to own and scale Paddle’s partner marketing motion. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, and ecosystem development, responsible for activating our network of strategic and technical partners, agencies, consultants, and influential operators who work closely with digital product companies.
Requirements
- 5+ years in partner marketing, ecosystem marketing, alliances marketing, or B2B marketing within SaaS or technology
- Experience building or operating within communities that influence digital product companies, demonstrated through channels newsletters, podcasts, events, founder communities, accelerator networks, advisory work, or social channels where your ideas reach and influence our ICP
- Experience building and scaling partner marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline
- Strong understanding of how agencies, consultants, and technical partners influence buying decisions
- Experience collaborating closely with partnerships or alliances teams
- Experience activating ecosystem communities or influencer style networks within B2B markets
