About Paladin
We are modernizing occupational medicine. With limited availability and accessibility, restricted prevention, complex and time-consuming tools for teams, occupational medicine today does not meet user expectations. This is a missed opportunity to transform how we care for our health and give prevention the place it deserves in a fragile healthcare system.
Paladin’s mission is to simplify life for companies and improve that of their teams.
For companies and their HR teams, we offer a fluid, reactive and efficient service (digital tools and processes, facilitated coordination, doctor availability, teleconsultation, HR team support).
For employees, we provide a genuine personalized prevention service to improve team health and reduce absences (psycho-social risks, nutrition and physical activity, chronic diseases, professional reintegration, women’s health, screening, etc.).
After a first fundraising round of 2.5M€ in summer 2024 from European impact investment funds, we are officially launching our activity in January 2026.
