The Area Sales Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, financial performance, team development, and operational excellence of their own store and multiple other stores.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams in a retail environment
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and profit results
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data and take action to improve results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Strong retail and visual merchandising acumen
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50 lbs
- Full-time availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support business operations and peak periods
