Head of Marketing & Operations

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Marketing & Operations to lead PalmPay Bangladesh’s end-to-end marketing strategy, brand positioning, and marketing operations execution. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and brand growth while ensuring strong alignment between business goals and marketing execution.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing and branding strategy aligned with PalmPay Bangladesh’s business objectives.
  • Translate company goals into clear marketing plans, campaigns, and execution roadmaps.
  • Define marketing KPIs, budgets, and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, ATL/BTL, performance marketing, and partnership channels.
  • Ensure consistent and effective messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
  • Support product launches, promotions, and growth initiatives in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Own and strengthen the company’s brand identity, tone of voice, and visual guidelines.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets, platforms, and communications.
  • Lead brand-building initiatives to enhance market presence, trust, and customer loyalty.
  • Establish and improve marketing operations processes, including planning, reporting, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners when required.
  • Act as the key marketing point of contact for senior management.
  • Present marketing strategies, performance reports, and insights to leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the in-house marketing team.
  • Set clear goals, roles, and performance expectations for team members.
  • Build a collaborative, high-performance marketing culture.
  • Identify skill gaps and support team development through coaching and feedback.
