Sales Operations Specialist – Mobile Installment

PalmPay is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support the Business Development function. This role involves implementing and managing performance tracking systems, incentive programs, and training, collaborating with BI, Training, and Business Development teams to enhance sales effectiveness and improve accountability. The specialist will track BD team performance, escalate concerns, and provide administrative support.

Requirements

• Implement and manage the reward and penalty system for the Business Development team.
• Collaborate with BI to track and analyze BD team performance data.
• Monitor performance trends and escalate concerns to Business Development Managers and Zone Managers.
• Partner with the Training team to conduct onboarding and refresher sessions.
• Track the implementation of policies and procedures, and provide actionable feedback to improve training effectiveness.
• Provide administrative and reporting support to ensure alignment between frontline teams and internal processes.
