Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist at PALO IT, you will transform processed and structured data into predictive and actionable insights that generate measurable business impact. You will collaborate closely with Data Engineers, AI teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to design scalable analytical solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Develop, train, validate, and optimize Machine Learning and predictive models for business use cases.
• Perform advanced exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and strategic opportunities.
• Design and implement feature engineering strategies to improve model performance and scalability.
• Build scalable analytical pipelines using Python, R, and PySpark in Big Data environments.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to leverage high-quality and production-ready datasets.
• Deploy, monitor, and validate Machine Learning models in production environments.
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Create dashboards and visual storytelling using Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, and seaborn.
• Continuously improve model performance through experimentation, retraining, and monitoring.
• Apply statistical methodologies and AI best practices to ensure robust and reliable outcomes.
• Contribute to AI-first development practices leveraging modern GenAI tools and collaborative delivery models.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the evolution of data science best practices within the organization.
