Sales Manager / Business Developer [human]

We are pan pan, a boutique consultancy for e-commerce and digital marketing. We grow through a strong personal brand and clear market presence. Your role is to build a strong pipeline from reach by transforming LinkedIn presence into qualified conversations, identifying channels for e-commerce decision-makers, conducting first conversations, and maintaining a CRM system.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales in the agency, consulting, or service sector
  • Project sizes of 20k+
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Clear writing skills
  • Experience with CRM systems like Pipedrive
