PandaDoc is hiring a full stack marketer to lead our marketing efforts for transformation and incubation initiatives. We are looking for a scrappy marketer who can effectively support these fast-paced initiatives, collaborating closely with our product and business teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for devising and executing rapid iteration campaigns, overseeing the creation and launch of ad campaigns, crafting and delivering impactful email campaigns, and implementing new website pages while monitoring their performance. Your skill set should encompass the creative aspects of marketing as well as the technical components, including targeting and performance analysis. You have a proven track record of excelling in small and scrappy environments, love the challenges of moving fast and are an innovator at heart. You thrive with little to no process and are okay with 80/20 solutions prioritizing speed over perfection.

In this role, you will:
- Strategic Marketing: You’ll collaborate with our incubation and transformation initiative owners to comprehend their target audience, devise effective strategies to reach them, and achieve desired results. You’ll single-handedly generate and implement these strategies, serving as the sole driving force from concept to execution
- Content Creation & Copywriting: You’ll lead our content marketing initiatives, utilizing persuasive copywriting techniques to craft engaging ad text, email content, cadence copy, and website copy
- Media Production Expertise: Your skills will extend into media production as well, where you’ll design enticing ads, email graphics, and landing pages
- Digital Advertising Proficiency: You’ll autonomously launch and fine-tune ad campaigns for fresh initiatives, overseeing the entire process without the need for agency support, while vigilantly tracking performance indicators
- Performance Tracking: You’ll have a crucial role in monitoring and interpreting the performance of our incubation marketing activities, sharing vital insights with project managers and leaders, and presenting updates during sprint meetings
- Campaign Optimization: You’ll be responsible for ongoing A/B testing to boost prospect and customer interaction. This includes refining website landing pages, modifying collateral, adjusting Salesloft cadences, using Hubspot, and more, all while providing data-driven strategic recommendations for incubation initiatives
- Data-Driven Decision Making: You understand that past success doesn’t guarantee future results. You’ll make decisions based on data and maintain transparency about what’s working and what isn’t. Failure won’t discourage you; instead, you’ll extract lessons from the data and swiftly adapt
It would be awesome if you had experience with:
- Google Analytics and Google AdWords
- Social advertising platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook
- Design software like Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or Canva
- Email marketing platforms, preferably Hubspot
- Sales cadence platforms, particularly Salesloft
- WYSIWYG site editors like WordPress
- Salesloft or other CRM
- Clickup or other project management tool
While not a necessity, some familiarity with HTML editing and/or Google Data Studio would definitely be a welcome bonus!
