As the largest jewellery brand in the world, Pandora is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to play a pivotal role in solving challenges and bringing retail solutions to life in Pandora North America. The successful candidate will lead and define initiatives to improve the experience of store employees on the point-of-sale, mobile devices, and other software and hardware used by the store teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology or a related field.
- 3-5 yrs experience in a related field.
- Demonstrates expertise in strategic programs and change management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management and organizational tools.
- Exceptional ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with internal project management platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies.
- Analytical skills to evaluate project execution effectiveness.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
